Las Vegas, NV, April 11, 2021, GNCC Capital, Inc. (GNCP.PK) (“The Company” or
“GNCC”) confirms that the Chairman’s Letter will be only be available on Tuesday April
13, 2021 and not tomorrow, April 12, 2021 as expected. It is still being reviewed by both
Directors; one of whom cannot complete his review prior to tomorrow’s market open.
The Q2 Report to March 31, 2021 will be filed tomorrow, Monday April 12, 2021 and prior
to Market Open; as promised.
