Apparently you enjoy playing the role of victim. The only twisting and distortion is your attempt to support a factually and legally incorrect position.
1) My post correcting misinformation by a pumper who claimed essentially that legal fees get paid by the loser at trial - your response indicates a contrary position.
2) You then claim twisting of words after an ambiguous post where YOU state "include the percentage going to the attorneys in addition to what Tom and major shareholders want". Can't have it both ways either it's included or in addition. A company will not agree to pay legal fees in a settlement when it is not ordinarily part of a trial win. Your inaccurate statement makes it seem that ATVI will pay for infringement, in addition to legal fees.
3) Then you misquote what I said in an attempt to support your misguided statement.
4) Here again, YOUR twisting and distortion of facts in YOUR statement "Always talked about this in the context of settlement and that in terms of the fact that the attorneys are on contingency so in that sense, ATVI is paying our legal fees because the principals won't settle for less..."
You are still trying to support that legal fees are paid by ATVI, with YOUR convoluted double talk!!
We all have differing opinions (which is great) but we should all be drawing those opinions from the same set of FACTS - not twisting the facts to pump or confuse newbies here.
As for the owl maybe he is recognizing that he shouldn't have lashed out at several who were trying to share information regarding where the PPS was headed, in the bleed off into the .30s, now that we are there.
