Well? from that read I see 3 but believe with Vennwest it will turn into a 4 ring circus. I really don't blame them for trying to get HDC to march to their tune but really I would be embarrassed if I were one of those three so no doubt Vennwest will save himself some grief and most likely disappear into the sunset.

...also, how many years did Moore wait after leaving HDC before trying to collect back wages...all us little shareholders gotta love that SVM Capital dealings.
