The vote does not immediately issue any shares. The vote only AUTHORIZES the ability to issue shares.

AMC currently has 500 million AUTHORIZED shares. Only 450 million of those have been issued.

If the vote fails and AMC squeezes to say $50, AMC still has authorization to issue about 50 million shares which would get them $2.5 BILLION in cash. If it squeezes to $100 AMC could make $5 billion and BEWM debt problem solved, all paid for by shorts if we hold strong.

If our dark pool data is correct, that still leaves hundreds of millions of short shares for us apes to sell into and make lots of profit. AFTER AMC is taken care of, and AFTER apes are taken care of, and AFTER hedgies are taken out, THEN AMC should revisit shelf share vote.
