FBC Holding Inc (FBCD)

I owned this stock years ago, under CEO Frank Russo. He tried a few ventures but they ultimately all failed. He increased the SS a few times but I doubt the float is over 1 billion as it was much less years ago. Frank gave the Co to the largest shareholder at the time and if memory serves me correctly he passed away suddenly. I am not sure if the family still owns all the shares. It will be simply task to get current as not much has happened for years here, also I think this is clean shell with no convertible debt. Any track record of this Co doing the merge? All IMO, GLTA.
