KINGS DEFENCE TECHNOLOGIES & KINGS Group are delighted to announce the successful inauguration of the JV in Singapore between the US listco Kraig Biocraft Labs and Kings Golden Harvest today on Friday, 9 April 2021 (GMT-4) Time NY, USA.

This partnership represents the Company’s first vertically integrated sales channel.
"Spydasilk Enterprises" is developing a premium line of luxury streetwear based on Kraig’s spider silk technologies with exclusive sales rights in the Asia market.

The move positions Kraig Labs and Kings Group, to advance their partnership which began with a previously announced exclusive purchase and sales agreement valued at up to forty million dollars.

This Joint Venture company has also in the recent week and will in the coming months receive marketing and sales collaborations with world renown fashion brands, not to also mention further Research & Development into material utilization in other industries, bringing the collaboration value to an estimated two hundred million dollars (USD$200,000,000).

The new joint venture company will commercialize Kraig Labs’ biodegradable and biocompatible ‘super fibers’, using a scalable and cost-effective spider silk production platform and patented spider silk gene sequences in silkworms.
