You have to factor in the dividend here. So when people are running around saying this should be trading 9x higher than the common stock because of the capital structure, they are not factoring in the dividend. This stock traded on average around 4x higher than the common before the run started and that is about right imo when you factor in the dividend.

But yes, the people who bought the preferred stock Friday morning are geniuses because this stock was lagging too far behind the common stock. Now it has caught up and is about right imo. No I wasn't one of the geniuses but they deserve credit for seeing it
