On watch for getting current: $VIZC & $DVLP. Rumors have surfaced for these two but, I haven't been able to confirm them. I cannot find any corporate statements or filings to this affect. The most recent activity for $VIZC is a form 15 for going dark filed this year. $DVLP has not had any news for over 1 year but filed a 10k with sec this year(not listed on OTC).
I am guessing twitter is the source for the rumors.
