I agree "in general" that of course a "national" chain is better - but I'd never discount ANY chain that can boast of being in the Fortune 250 or even Fortune 500 carrying INND product(s) "in store".
Nothing wrong with a roll-out "regionally" as it just makes a company all that more experienced and ready to rock for a "national" and then "international" retailer and full roll-out when the time comes.
Getting "in" Walmart is not for amateurs- Walmart busts the balls of all their suppliers and one must be A-game to cut it, or they get sent packing and/or lose their shirts as Walmart pushes all lost or sunk costs back to the suppliers, etc.
I'd rather see INND actually do "regional roll-outs" on a smaller scale and in "test markets" carefully chosen before just ripping the bandaid off and trying to hit like a 4,000 store chain of Walmart caliber right out of the gate.
INND only needs to show growth, high growth and the stock will go absolutely ballistic as the business model is soooo easily "scalable" once they fine tune it at a few key retail test sites.
Once their "test roll out" numbers get solidified and they can "project" with accuracy - based on where, when, how to place Kiosks and "other" displays and how much inventory to stock (hopefully just-in-time is the ideal way) etc = that much more lean and mean and profitable an operation.
Customer support, quality control, channel buyer marketing interface and boots on ground sales people to hit the major retailers "in person" - as growth happens rapidly will all be part of managing cash flows and the scaling process and takes SERIOUS GOOD MANAGEMENT to pull it off without stumbling !
From there - it's like turning a crank to scale up and hit ever bigger numbers and feed their various marketing channels, etc
