Thanks JB...your feedback is extremely helpful. Having spent several years at Coopers and been certified with my CPA as well, I respect where your views are coming from and what they are based on.

I'd also like to know who is providing bookkeeping support to IQST which preferably for obvious reasons should be a separate shop. Not sure if this point will be discussed in their 2020 10K, but it would be helpful to know. I'll say it again - IQST should hire an overqualified Controller who can grow with the Company and do it soon if their growth chatter is to be believed.f

I'm heading out for some Spring skiing before my favorite local mountain shuts down for the Summer. Will check back in later.
