It is used by legit foreign companies that want to avoid the costs of getting listed on a big board, right? The correct operating procedure would be to research and find a legit company and then see where it is listed. I say that to contrast it with going to the OTC web site and searching for an investment.

It is just amazing how much it costs to run a company out of a UPS Store postal box
