You're close but not precisely correct:

"On July 23, 2019, the Company completed the acquisition of 100% of the membership interests of HiAlloy Valve, LLC (“HAV”), a Texas limited liability company and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company."

HI-ALLOY VALVE INDUSTRIES, INC. became HIALLOY VALVE LLC. Just a slight change of name, but a whole different SOS registration number.
