You’re right, the 9.99% ownership of the 39.7m makes the OS 397m but the shares are restricted. Reading up on 13g filings it’s a great sign they took a 10% stake, I highly doubt they will sell them for $0.20 when the financials are about to show a company making probably $200-$250m in trailing 6 month revenues and a market cap only $87m here. Heck just 1x sales for just ONE QUARTER (11/20) is a $0.30 PPS. This will be a $1+ stock soon.

I think these filings are a sign we are about to see updates, financials and a much higher PPS. Stoked for this week.
