The one from yesterday, looks to me, to be the final piece for UPLISTING... not sure if they need an ATTORNEY letter or not - according to the "list" there in the Disclosure... Item #7.. Attorney Letter within 120 days of End of FISCAL YEAR ... which I would think we already have.. but if need another one shouldnt be a big del... monday / tues/ wed.

I would def love to see that uplisting occur this upcoming week... would be huge momentum booster with possibly being at or near a short term bottom reversal (and get rid of the SHELL RISK.. comment as well).

Lots of big Catalysts in short term.. and lots of ways for James to play it.. IMO. Be nice to hear from him in next few weeks as well... possibly sooner if we were to get Name change this week (obvious huge catalyst).

Love to see name change.. new Cusip # and uplist all happen within next 1-2 weeks.... and throw in Contract or two.. potential for Revs... WOOP WOOP... Smack Shorty right in the face! lol
