Well said, I think in response to your question about the volume and price I would look at the two things done after the form was filed. First they became current with the NVSOS, then took their twitter account from private to public. Also Ed Carroll is the founder of vizc, he is in a director position with a company called ClimaCell. Which incidently he started about 4 months ago. Just connecting dots.
