That is exactly what I am talking about. Why are Ecaps getting a settlement and thus getting paid? Because their trustee fought for it. The ECAPs would have the same fate as CTs and everyone in 10ABC, 11 and 12 if their trustee did not fight.

I wish our trustee would fight for us. But, they wont. Instead, we got www. They are imo keeping us alive.

Discharge means exactly the bk discharge. We get nothing and written off.
