I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and I am unable to sell my shares in GCEI due to the illegal actions of the company itself.
How about a class action lawsuit?
I think it is despicable that this company has a cease trade order (CTO) and that I cannot sell my shares. There are reasons that a CTO has been issued and it is because GCEI cannot follow the laws set forth for a public company. It is solely on the owners who do illegal activity that this happened.
So why not sue?
Anybody ever successfully sue for these reasons?
Let's launch a class action lawsuit.
Sue! Sue! Sue! Make them pay!
