The issue with me right now is not about assets illiquid or not. Its about survival of our shares. LBHI and the bk court is not recognizing the subordinated guarantee. You can tell that by their action and by reading the transcripts. The Plan Admin said or implied it very convincingly.

We see LBHI planning for the exit from the bk. This is what we predicted. There will be a surviving entity and $$ but just not for us if WWW dont win. They plan on discharging 10-12 classes if www dont win and give the new company to classes 1-9.

They can do it. They dont need shareholders. They dont.
