The problem is the company committed to getting things done in a certain time period and they have failed.

You can blame flippers all out want but when companies don't meet expectations they created themselves it creates doubt among shareholders. Most people will sell in that instance. The OTC is not a place to "load and hold".

While I appreciate some of the transparency nothing will change until filings hit. Once they do it should have a nice run.
