I wholeheartedly agree with your post. How sad it has come to "you stay on your side and I'll stay on my side" when once we could have such great discourse with each other. I guess it's very threatening to some when others don't share their ideas. I certainly don't feel threatened or harrassed when people who are positive on the stock post their opinions here. I've always felt that people who are secure in their beliefs fight for them out in the open, unafraid of dissent from others.

I wish no harm on the company itself or the remaining shareholders, some of whom still post here, right out in the open for all to see, proud to express their stance. I hope that this stock recovers to the extent that those who are still in may recover some of their investment. But I firmly believe that those who created this debacle should get the justice they deserve, and have every illgotten penny taken away from them when all is said and done.

If nobody is found to have committed any illegal acts, then the company should prosper and the stock should reach its rightful level. However, it appears that the OSC has enough evidence to prove its allegations, at least to a great extent, and anyone who doesn't realize or can't admit that must surely be either terribly naive or in denial.
