I think you are quite mistaken. Whats new is the JV company actually exists now. It didnt back in january. All they did in january was agree to form the company.

So he needs to PR every time something happens, even if he just PRd that it was about to happen? If he PRs that they hires a new scientist next week, does he need another PR the following week to announce that it's their first day of work? Then another PR the following week to announce that they're fitting in nicely? Then another PR to announce that they are having a good day at work? That's essentially what this PR is. Saying this is "new" is just more excuse-giving. The PR was fine when they made the agreement, or he could have waited a few weeks until it was officially on paper. PRing it twice is pointless... unless the point is to keep the share price from dropping further... so the CEO can continue to sell shares are higher prices.

Why hasnt Kings PRd it?
Maybe because it is midnight in Singapore and a PR at midnight on a saturday is not the best time to release a PR. It will be released in Singapore at around 4 pm pacific time or they may wait till monday.

It was 7pm on a Friday in Singapore when the KBLB PR came out. Why didn't King's Group PR it at the close of market on their time on their Friday? You think it makes more sense for KBLB to PR it 2 days before Kings Group instead of King's Group announcing it 13 hours before KBLB? Again, more excuse making.
But I'm glad that you wrote "it will be released"... so on Monday morning Singapore time (Sunday evening our time), when it still hasn't shown up, you will see how ridiculous it is when people on ths board say that things "will happen".

And Kim paid for it because he is obligated to release material information to shareholders and FB is not good enough when they only have 600 followers.

He already announced that it was going to happen in January, he was not required to announce that the paperwork has been filed today. Or he was required to announce it today after the paperwork was filed, but he was not required to announce it in January. Take your pick. Either way, it's redundant, not new.

I wish you luck, I really do. I hope everyone makes millions in this company, including you and me. I won't be "loading up" until it gets back to .125 to .13, which I see as the next stable floor. But that is just my opinion / assumption / hope.
