Yep. Like I said, people seem to miss the difference between just a plain old partnership agreement and actually forming a joint company. I didn't take it as such when KBLB released the information then. I'm sure they are deeply apologetic to those who read into it more than what was actually announced at that time. Kudos to you for your ability to see into the future. Wish you would have shared it with the board at that time. Maybe it would have sparked a rise in share price for the day.

Uhhhh, I don't even know if this needs a response, but apparently it does. It sounds like you are "the people" you think missed the difference between the Jan 26th PR and todays' PR. Almost 3 months ago, they announced they were forming a joint venture named Spydasilk and that everything would be jointly owned. Today they announced that have "established Spydasilk Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (“Spydasilk Enterprises”) as a Singapore based joint venture." So today they're saying that what they announced in January is officially established on paper. If you didn't understand that today's "news" was going to happen - whether they PR-ed it or not - based on January's announcement, that sounds like a lack of understanding on your part.

Hopefully when production is announced towards the $3M that's to be completed towards their $40M contract, investors don't have the same thought of "uh, yeah, we already knew they were going to do this."

Um, I absolutely would be pissed if they release another PR to announce that they're "now starting production towards the MtM contract". They announced that production started 5 months ago, and they have a potential customer willing to pay actual money for product whenever they get it produced! If they ever announce that they're starting production... again... for the 10th time... that will be a HUGE red flag!
