Probably correct. But why the dilution at ALL? Make no mistake, dilution can be GOOD (like for advertising, expansion, acquisitions, etc.) but it can also be done just to put extra money in a CEOs pocket.

I'd much rather the CEO put out a Tweet as to why they are diluting.

But that's just me.
