Harry President of IMMB, owns 49% of IMMB BG

Dimitar President of IMMB BG owns 51%, owns ~70million shares of ENZC

As I read this more(https://www.immunotechlaboratoriesbg.com/news), Does Dimitar own 51% of IMMB BG or IMMB?!?! I am assuming IMMB BG because of his LinkedIn page.

And if I am not mistaken I thought the licensing agreement was signed with IMMB not IMMB BG to manufacture ITV-1?!?! The web site says IMMB BG, but the SEC doc says IMMB.

Even Dimitar verbiage is very vague in who has what and what is each other doing for what company.

Is it because of the language barriers we are seeing errors?
