I never heard any rumor here! "Dumping" means either Huge Sell-Off from the Scared/Impatient weak hands or Huge Dilutions from the company's Toxic CD-Debt holders!

Most likely PDMI will soon crash down to 0.0002 again though it might try to bounce up to 0.0009 first! So far I've not sold out a Single share at 0.0007 yet and my selling orders are at 0.0007, 0.0008, and 0.0009 respectively because I don't believe it could go above 0.0009 due to 50M shares of Huge Dumping at 0.0002! My 75M shares of cost base is between 0.0002 ~ 0.0004.

Anyway PDMI has bounced Up 250% or 3.5-Bagger from 0.0002 to 0.0007 v.s. its Similar-OS peer (KGRI) has only 100% Small bounce from 0.0003 to 0.0006 and another Similar-OS peer (MDCE) just did 50% Tiny bounce from 0.0004 to 0.0005!

Note, PDMI has 52-week-high 0.0017 v.s. MDCE has 0.0029 and KGRI has 0.0015 so far!
