I love all the misrepresentations presented here lately.

Mark Miller hijacked shells

- when is going though the PUBLIC court system

- allowing any current or past shareholder an opportunity to protest or lay their own claim to a shell

- only to request a shareholders meeting where all current shareholders will have an opportunity to vote on any new officers

- meaning that Mark Miller while going though all this effect and investing his money is not guaranteed to be CEO

- is considered hijacking.

Mark Miller saying he is going after gold, lithium, jade, graphite and other precious metals.

- Mark clearly stated he is looking and planning to mine gold

- IF lithium was found on the property, because of the expense to mine, he would subcontract the lithium rights to another mining company

- and IFother valuable precious metals, jade or graphite were discovered that would be gravy.

- as again Mark Miller goal is gold mining.
