Reading the article, or what I can see of it anyway... I guess it doesn't affect us because the legislation bans permitting of the facilities... but we already have the appropriate permits, or the ones that this would address?

Not sure, just guessing.

I'm kind of thinking we may not want a big 'grand opening' if opposition is going to be out in force. That's too bad. While it would be nice to have a big event and get some good PR... it may be best, if we get to that point, to just quietly go about out business.
