Maybe you are right Gio. Its those dirty liars that make up lies about Calypte and its products that are causing all the trouble.

Why Calypte has no duty to check into any claims made about its products, their approvals etc. They should just repeat everything as fact until proved elsewise.

Why I bet that no one even told Calypte that the test wasn't OTC approved until it came out in this months press release. Heck maybe the Bin Salem Group's role as "supplier" of the tests wasn't made known to Calypte either.

And I am sure that when everone was talking about the 100 day SFDA approval process last spring that Calypte wasn't told that the SFDA was being investigated and was not reviewing any new tests in first 7 months of the year.

Or that the two investors that were touted as buying the $ 3,000,000 in stock had reneged after buying less than 20% of their order.

But the stockholders did finally get to learn the truth 5 months later in November.

Yes gio its just that everyone is doing all these awful things to Calypte and no one is telling Calypte about it. I am sure that must be it.
