Neverhad, my response is they deserve a higher PE with their land package. The recent results of their drilling program 2days ago were off the charts. There’s three components here. Current cash flow positive in a big way, outsized dividend out the gates, and drill results that I could only compare to Novagold’s Donlin in Alaska, which currently sports a $3 billion market cap, and they haven’t even broke ground. I see PE expansion, with additional speculation that we have an extraordinarily promising land package. $8 seems fair today. It’s a buy.
