1) A lot of big news is coming very soon.
2) Shareholders conference call announcement will be made this month, April 2021.
3) He is NOT WAITING on a name change OR uplisting to announce the news, so the news can drop at anytime.
4) The name change and uplisting will happen once FINRA/SEC approve it.
5) He signed 3 contracts just yesterday.
