Yes, and the way I read it is that this is an amendment to their current offering to raise 3 mil so now it is 5 mil. So they will be selling an additional 200 mil shares which will keep the O/S well below 1B and given the volume in the recent days should be gobbled up in short order.

And yes they are using the cash to acquire businesses so I am completely fine with that and see them as wanting to rapidly grow the business. All very positive news IMO!
