Yes, I agree the pre-split estimates are meaningless. Most here are frustrated with how long this case has taken to meander it's way through the Court system. Everyone wants a pound of flesh because of that. However, the Court won't punish ATVI for the Whitey Bulger delay or mistakes at the PTAB. They are simply breaks that went in ATVI's favor. Hopefully, the Court rules according to the law and holds ATVI accountable for the long term infringement. It would be nice if something broke loose and caused a settlement with one of the infringers but that is unlikely until ATVI settles or goes to trial.
