I know what you mean. Was feeling very uneasy and was close to taking a HUGE loss but feel better now after talking to him. He reiterated 3-4 times that the deal is real.

This company has been around long enough for me to trust that he would not lie and jeopardize his own and co's future to sell some shares in the 9c-10c range.
