FYI Myth: All of my ET positions are held in tax deferred retirement accounts. Just sayin'

P.S. I only hold LP's and MLP's in tax deferred accounts now. I had some Kinder Morgan Partners (KMP) shares outside of an IRA/tax deferred account once before KMI dissolved the MLP and moved everything into KMI. Was a great investment. But when the K-1 came I was doing my own taxes back then and that was so complicated that I turned it over to a relative who was a CPA and have the CPA firm doing everything to this day.
