Can't think of anything of value that Hong would want to trade with them on other than $$$$. That's the primary settlement piece but SK deal was the right decision

So question for anyone...... Hong has been fighting GOOG tooth and nail since 2008. He probably has a figure in mind. If GOOG does decide to try to settle, doesn't want to go to trial, and Hong is not satisfied with the figure. Can he decide to go to trial based on willful abuse and try for the triple damages? And can that be used as leverage to get the figure he has in mind?

Curious......

And in my opinion SK settlement was brilliant.... good business sense.
