625,831,165 shares of unregistered common stock
as satisfaction of past due convertible debentures totaling $1,220,000 previously issued to third parties AND 350,000,000 shares have been placed in escrow to prevent their immediate resale into the public market.

So 626 Million can be dumped now
I wouldn't be surprise if we see .10's at some time
in either case, it will again be days for the slow upclimb and another dump


If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
