This supreme acquisition makes the Bedrocan acquisition look pretty cheap at 50 million. Although it did dilute the shares 50% so the bedrocan acquisition actually cost them 6.75 billion at today's stock price. So I'm still right the Bedrocan acquisition is still the worst but this supreme acquisition is a close 2nd. I'm really struggling to find the reasoning behind it. Why close your own production site and then buy inflated Canadian companies. They must have been losing market share. If they lose their market leader status their stock suffers big time so maybe this is the reason for buying supreme. I can't wrap my head around any other reason. This has made me hesitant to buy back into this company. Still waiting for them to raise money but even then I'll have to think about this.

Any other thoughts on the strategy of supreme. Are they just going for a buyout of the whole sector? Anyone that's decent anyway? Who knows
