Didn’t they tag in the 10k the box that states the following:

Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? [ ] Yes [X] No

By checking “no” I would say it is going to be the same info as before - insolvent, etc. I sure don’t understand why there would be anticipation on the upcoming 10k.
