Hey JB,

I have a hard time with seeing revenue substantially over $44MM though accept some loose change may come rolling in which wasn't captured in the January Shareholder letter you reference which could round up their revenue number to ~$45MM.

There was no need for them to insert the language they did...these little moves by Company management add up and paint a picture of credibility - or lack thereof. It was cheeky and unnecessary, and I wish they didn't do it regardless of wherever the revenue number ends.

Get your 10K filed and tell us the 10Q will follow in short order with an on-time filing, give us concrete and meaningful commercial updates, and tell us where you are with your IBank hire process with some estimate to having this process wrapped and announced. This is what I want and I'm willing to wait for it and strongly prefer they avoid making unnecessary marketing fluff announcements because they feel rushed to keep getting stuff out to market. Without a brand name IBank, we won't get up-listed in my view, and ultimately it's hard to underwrite with confidence institutional buying in IQST stock unless this occurs. Without institutional market buying and ownership, we really have very little leverage as retail shareholders to stand alone and combat the games the MMs and short institutions play. Lastly, if the former promissory note holders and now institutional owners of the company directly issued stock (they did not buy this in the open market) have hedged a good portion of their embedded, unrealized gains, then there is little reason for them to buy shares in market without confidence of an uplist as they'll want to have liquidity in IQST stock to be able to sell without tanking the share price, and NASDAQ is certainly a much better platform for this than the OTC/Pink Sheet world.

It's a fine line these microcap companies walk...hopefully they listen to the feedback presented on this Board and elsewhere and elevate their game.
