Some of the longs on here are sounding really whiny. A few months ago they wished for more transparency, now we get CCs every couple of weeks and now they don't want them. Last CC people were saying they wished Cytodyn would talk to Brazil, they literally announced this week that they are but because they didn't get immediate approval Nader is a failure. He literally initiated discussions that you wanted him to and you've turned on him.
Mahoob being fired or quitting is honestly a "who cares?" as far as I'm concerned. He has been working on the HIV BLA for 6 months and as far as I've seen has accomplished nothing. From the Fierce Biotech article today "CytoDyn has lost its chief scientific officer Mahboob Rahman, M.D., Ph.D., just six months into his tenure at the biotech and after a flopped COVID-19 trial. Rahman came on board last October from Mesoblast, an Australian biotech that recently teamed up with Novartis for a stem cell therapy approach to COVID-19, though it flopped a key trial a few months back." Doesn't appear that he accomplished anything at the last job he was at for 12 months last time either.
These things take time and if you don't have time to wait then you aren't really a long, you're a get rich quick wannabe. The data continues to impress, the 55 eIND patients in the open arm of the CD12 are apparently showing better mortality results at day 28, the Philippians have gone from allowing 1 patient to 28 patients in a matter of 9 days, they've signed a supply deal in Brazil, they've requested 4 doses to the FDA based on excellent Day 14 data in the critical population, they hit primary endpoint on Phase 3 in HIV, the cancer trial sounds to be going really well based on the call yesterday, etc. Take a breath. Things are going well and yesterday's call was literally just an update (transparency) like you all wanted a few months ago.
Nader is frustrating but anyone who thinks the FDA cares about him over the science has no idea what they're talking about. The FDA has never blocked science because they didn't like a guy. Do not let the shorts scare you, the FDA hasn't said the data is bad, they've just said they need more of it to be sure. If the data comes back bad then you can panic but I believe most of you are here because you believe in the drug. Nader can't change if the drug works or not so additional data will either prove the longs or the shorts right.
