FWIW: You can call E*Trade and file a complaint regarding there internal Online trading Restriction on this Stock.
Another thing, if anyone is using E*Trade "MarketTrader" the New version shows Level 2 quotes for all Pink Stocks. I had the link for the New Version sent to me Yesterday.
