To clarify we have not gone to court yet. Only a ucc1 filing lien was filed based upon fraud/ purchase agreement that was never honored. The fraud and not honoring the purchase agreement is ongoing so no statutes of limitations exist on ongoing fraud or not honoring a purchase. Understand now? I am working with my lawyers to file to go to court against prpm as we speak. I found the smoking gun this morning and will present it in court of law.
