Just to put things into perspective about dilution and how ALL companies issue millions and millions of shares to everyone, I came across this tidbit from RIG the offshore oil Company,,,,

Proxy statement out on transocean sec filings. 90 pages of executives Compensation plan. Give thigpen and the other bums millions of shares. Unbelievable.

Pick a company, ANY Company and you'll find offerings, proxies, and similar things everywhere you look, even on large corporations! That's why they go public!!! To sell shares!!!!
