of course my post is not the ultimate.

i have no idea what the share structure is or what management is doing with it until i see audited financials, or the TA provides updated info to Pinksheets. or management provides it.

this company has products to sell. they are selling them, and they are beginning to advertise....all good things. just saying that companies that are growing by using a public method such as Pinksheets, vs. privately growing until stable....then going public, use various methods of paying themselves, including paying themselves with unrestricted shares.
