This is ALL theory... BUT I found this interesting the first and second time I listened to the call:
Some people mentioned the demeanor that SK had towards the end of the call. He was visibly more adamant and NOT waiting for NP to prompt him to answer.
Why? Why the change to Mr. Firm? Well during the call NP mentioned that himself and Scott Kelly were meeting with current executive team and some board members in NYC. Tri-state and specifically NY has rising cases of CD19. Why not Zoom ? Why have to meet in person?? Why did after NP answered that question it 'seemed' SK's demeanor change, IMO?
I'll tell you why, there's this BP who's flush with cash as it has a vaccine out and has a headquarters on the east side next to the UN.

To me, they are going over 'certain things' in person, IMHO with this BP.
This is the reason why I think a BO offer potential will come sooner than later.
