I grew up drinking well water on farm and from an installed water conditioner from house in a MO suburb. When I joined the Navy I was stationed in several U.S. bases over the years. Water tasted differently throughout the U.S., but water was treated differently back in those days. That included the bottling and selling when I was younger. During my naval career, I was attached to 4 ships (drinking water was not as clean as the water used for boilers/engines) and lived in Italy for 4 years (bottled water was a must for consuming with the exception of cooking/showering). Even after the last 20 years since I have retired the mentality concerning the treatment and consumption of water has changed significantly to where my kids don't like tap water and will only drink bottled water. Tennessee, where I live, has some of the best and cleanest tap water in the country but there are still many who only want bottled water in various forms. All the no brand name water, i.e. Kroger, Walmart, Sams, etc., etc., have the flimsiest, cheapest plastic bottles you can ever dream of. You blow on them and they break. You can also taste the cheapness not only of the water, but the plastic as well. I have ordered and tried BeWater. BeWater is very commensurate to the higher priced water as Fiji. Lets be honest, not all have the same taste buds, but BeWater is actually pretty good, refreshing and the bottle is pretty sturdy. The label could use some work and Shilly Bullwolf who makes a continuing great analysis but his latest analysis on BeWater's taste, label and plastic container is pretty good. If some people to sit there and say this water tastes the same as the cheaper water, that is outright disingenuous. It's okay to say you don't like the stock for whatever reason or the presentation of the water through the label, but the plastic is fine, sturdy and the taste doesn't even come close to being bad or even under par.
