If the shares had been fairly valued it would not have been so alarming increasing the A/S dramatically. If the shares are dramatically underrated increasing the A/S a lot suggests that the companies plans to make acquisitions that will be dilutive because far too many shares will have to be issued to pay for them. The company has stated that it is in acquistion mode. That is very alarming as long as shares will be issued to pay for the acquisitions.
