they were going to give up over 100 mil shares for $11.5 mil in the offering...instead, they are giving up 200 mil shares for $5mil in a loan...

still, it likely had to be done...but i wouldnt try to make it out to be some wonderful thing...it is horrible horrible financing...

its too bad kim has shareholders in a situation where they have to bend over and submit in order for the company to survive...but thats where we are...

but i sure wouldnt brag about it...lol

wheres the proof?..i will choose to believe kim when he says he produced a small amount at prodigy...but dont kid yourself...he provided NO PROOF...nor did he say WHAT he produced or exactly how much of it..

and the fact that he mailed it to himself is not a "delivery"...you cannot say kblb delivered product when they simply mailed it to themselves!...smh

and as far as that goes, kblb has proven over many years now that they can produce small amounts of product in a lab environment...and with 11 labs at prodigy and a controlled environment, that is exactly what prodigy is...a lab environment...

im glad they produced SOMETHING, FINALLY, out of prodigy but it falls far far short of what was and IS expected...

it appears that BOD will never be seated...but if they are, their first action should be firing the ceo for utter incompetence...
