I'm a Moody Denunzio fan and one of things they do is change the share structure of their reverse merger plays to allow for unanimous consent, and so there are shares available for an incoming company to take over. Once I saw that Zerts increased the a/s I kind of peed a little.

They are not able to say exact date of news release but business doing well and expanding
