Maybe this is why the BoD was dissolved? This was Chuck Hong's plan the whole time? Not only is it a win for NetList, but it is a win for SK Hynix
as well. Instead of seeking just damages... build the business by partnering with the #2 chipmaker in the world when there is a chip shortage no less..... the guy is brilliant. BoD may not have liked this type of proposal. Maybe they would have preferred to go for the jugular.

Grow the business by partnering with someone that can help distribute....
let GOOG pay. Go for their jugular instead. Deeper pockets with willful abuse of the patent to build Google's business using your seminal PIP.
